mihimaru GT’s vocalist hiroko is still recovering from pneumothorax (collapsed lung). Just after the group began their nation-wide tour in Gunma, hiroko complained of chest pains and was sent to the hospital to undergo examination. She was diagnosed with pneumothorax and immediately checked into Tokyo Metropolitan Hospital on June 11, 2010.

Two previous performances in Miyazaki (6/13) and Fukuoka (6/16) were recently postponed. Since her recovery has been un-satisfactory, the group has postponed two more shows in Nagoya (6/18) and Nagano (6/20). Hiroko is currently in her home where she is receiving medical care.

mihimaru GT is a J-Urban/Pop group formed by Miyake and hiroko, both lyricists and vocalists. Their latest single Omedetou was released on 4/18 and just released a new ballad album on 6/16 titled, mihimaballads.
