A "Kawaii culture" fashion show took place in Shenyang, China on June 19th.

This show was planned by the Japanese Consulate to introduce Japanese pop culture to China.

20 local girls who passed the audition appeared as models, wearing school girl uniforms, and Lolita fashions.

One of the Chinese models said, "I don't like school girl uniforms in China. They look like a gym suit, but I think Japanese school uniforms are cute!"

Group "C-ZONE" also held a mini-concert during the show.
