misono earns $2,000 a month?

Singer, talent and also well known as the little sister of Koda Kumi, misono, made an appearance on “King’s brunch” (broadcast on June 26th).

misono was on a corner show called, “Shopping master”, in which celebrities go shopping with a budget of $1,000.  By accident though, misono said “$1,000…since I get $2,000(after tax) a month, it would be a half my salary.”

Isn’t her salary a bit too low for a talent that is active lately?  I wonder how much her agency is making.

    Actually I think thats about right. Normally the way big stars make their money through royalties and outside endorsements + their normal salary. The salary depends on the type of contract they signed. The more in demand a celebrity is, the better the contract. Unfortunately for misono shes not really in high demand anymore :(

    I think thats about right xD Some j-stars make a bit more than that but I think its alright. Thats about what my mom makes LOL

    I loved day after tomorrow, but after they disbanded and misono had to go solo, I just couldn’t keep up to her songs as much as I love her voice.

    Her company should do something more creative about promoting her. :/

    If she’s not in demand, she can’t really get a higher salary :/ So it’s not really the company’s fault.
