This year Hokkaido will be home of the “RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL 2010 in EZO” on 8/13-8/14 at the Tarukawa Wharf of Ishikari Bay New Port.

Every year Hokkaido hosts this great “outdoor event” and by outdoor they mean camping. Yes this means if you want to go, you can camp and barbecue and enjoy great music from an array of genre’s Japan has to offer. They range from rock, AOR, alternative, industrial, techno, jazz, ska etc. They will also be the local venders for you take a taste out of Hokkaido.

Think of this as a step up from Coachella. There are seven stages with over 50 artists and if your music taste is eclectic then the RSR Festival is the place for you.

The color’s represent what artist is playing on that day on that stage.
