Avex Network has finally released the promotional video for Anna Tsuchiya’s new single “Shout in the Rain.”  The single is due out on August 18th in CD and CD + DVD versions.  As previously announced, the single comes as part II in a series of once a month releases from the singer.  The third release, a full album, will be released on September 22nd.

In the new PV, Anna Tsuchiya is seen singing dramatically in a downpour of rain; matching the darker-toned rock song.  The music video itself has a dirty vibe to it, which definitely backs up the image that Anna Tsuchiya portrayed on the covers for the single.  The model-turned-singer also shows off her darker fashion sense that she is known for having.

Tsuchiya’s website has also been updated with the new song playing in the background, further hyping up the coming release.
