Kitano Kii wrote about the photos with Sano Kazuma, which showed up in a gossip magazine, on her blog on the 15th.

She wrote:

"I'm sorry for making all of you surprised and hurt with the sudden news, and also for the troubles to the people concerned. �I am terribly sorry. �I'm reflecting on what I have done, hurting you, silliness of my action, and not knowing my position. �I will focus on work the most from now on. �Again, I am terribly sorry about it."

The blog entry received almost 3,000 comments and almost all of the comments were saying, "It's ok as long as you are happy!" or "I will be a fan of you no matter what", "There is no need to apologize", "Nothing is wrong for you to have a boyfriend."

Some media outlets reported that Kii has chosen to break up with Kazuma.
