TV cooking star Chef Hirohito Hayashi opened his �Hayashin uchi no Takoyaki� shop in America Village in Osaka�s Shinsaibashi.
�I want to raise the bar up on takoyaki from Osaka representatives. I want to spread the delish of takoyaki nation-wide�,� said Hayashi.
Chef Hayashi plans on opening his next shop in Kanto area.
