AKB48 subunit French Kiss releases new PV
The newest AKB48 subunit, French Kiss, has finally released the PV for their debut song “Zutto Mae Kara.”
Their debut video features the French Kiss members, Yuki Kashiwagi, Aki Takajo, and Asuka Kuromachi, supporting their baseball obsessed objects of affection. After being pushed away in favor of the sport numerous times, the boys accept the girls as members of the team in spirit.
The ballad is currently being used as the theme song for the sixth season of the anime “Major,” which explains the baseball theme to the group’s work. French Kiss also shows their AKB48 roots in their single, which contains the title track and a B-side of AKB48 song “Yokaze no Shizawa.”
“Zutto Mae Kara” will be released in three different editions for fans to collect; CD+ DVD types A and B, and a CD only type C. The A jacket version will include a DVD that contains the music video for the title track and also a 40 minute drama featuring the girls. The B jacket version comes with a DVD that has the music video and a short film.
