Next year, new movie "Genji Monogatari (The tales of Genji)" will be released and Ikuta Toma has been chosen to play Hikaru Genji. "Genji Monogatari" is a classic work of Japanese literature attributed to Murasaki Shikibu (Japanese noblewoman) from the early eleventh century and Hikaru Genji is described as the handsomest man who attracts all women.

Although it's based on "Genji Monogatari" by Murasaki Shikibu, they will add some new script and also action scenes using CG.� The budget for the movie is said to be approximately $10 million.
