Singer/songwriter Rie Fu has announced on her official site that she will be doing two live shows in New York.

The singer has mostly done shows in Japan and the UK, so this is quite a treat for American fans. �Although most know her for the Bleach theme, "Life is Like a Boat," she is most likely promoting for her more recent album, "at Rie Sessions," which came out in March.

The lives are coming up soon, with her appearance at Arlene's Grocery happening this Sunday. �Her other live event will take place at KENNY'S CASTAWAYS on September 8th.

Tickets are available at the club's personal sites, but fans should note that the Arlene's Grocery show is at a bar, so the show will be limited to 21 and up.
