Pop/rock group SCANDAL, held an event on August 21st at Fukuoka's Canal City Hakata, to commemorate the recent release of their new album "TEMPTATION BOX."

Although it was an event to promote "TEMPTATION BOX," it also served as a celebration of the anniversary of SCANDAL's formation and as a birthday party for drummer RINA, who turned 19.� The Fukuoka event was completely free and drew in a crowd of 1,000 fans who wanted to celebrate RINA's birthday.

To surprise the drummer, the fans all showed up with uchiwa fans that they had hand written Happy Birthday messages on just for her. �RINA thanked her fans by saying, "Really I'm so shocked!� I'm super happy.� I'm happy to be able to celebrate SCANDAL's birthday and my birthday here in Fukuoka.� I love you all!"

SCANADAL will kick off their new tour, "SCANDAL TEMPTATION BOX TOUR 2010 ~YEAH!tte Iei-!~," in Fukuoka on September 18th.� It will bring them to seven cities nationwide.
