allkpop

In November of this year, Warner Music Japan will be celebrating their 40th year in the music business, and what better way to is there to party than having a giant concert?! Warner Music will be bringing out their all-star lineup of artists to hold a special "100nen MUSIC FESTIVAL" at the Tokyo Budokan.

The music festival will take place across October 30th and 31st, and they have just added Yamashita Tatsurou, Takeuchi Mariya, Tortoise Matsumoto, Superfly, and Kobukuro to their list of performing artists. On the first day, there will be a special opening act of Kusuo. Earlier this summer, his song "Brand New Days" became a huge hit, and his performance at this event is sure to draw a lot of attention.

With bit names like Kobukuro and Superfly joining the already great lineup of such favorites as RIP SLYME, BONNIE PINK, the brilliant green, and ROCK'A'TRENCH, it really is no surprise that the festival is already a hit. Fans of the artists have already swarmed the ticket sales, and the second day of the music festival is already sold out. Tickets are still available for the first day, but are going fast. Lawson ticket sales will have a special lottery sale for the remaining tickets, so fans better hurry and get them before they are all gone!
