Yesterday, photo�s of a new prototype phone leaked, a PlayStation Phone to be exact, distributed by Sony Ericsson. �The phone is said to be equipped with Android 3.0 (a.k.a. Gingerbread) with a Sony Market that will allow users to purchase and download games at the click of a button. �It will have a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655, 512MB RAM, 1GB ROM and a screen around 3.7 to 4.1 inches. �Also, instead of using the normal memory stick, it will support microSD cards.

Real or fake?

NowGamer said they phoned Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and asked them about the photos. �Supposedly, Sony told NowGamer that the images are �fake� but then later asked them to retract that quote and say, �We do not comment on rumour and speculation.� �Sony Ericsson also commented the same.

Engadget on the other hand, says that the device is real and not because they say so, but because they have "reliable, trusted sources."

Whether this is real or fake, only time will tell, but if it is real, then I wouldn�t mind getting my greedy little hands on one.
