A public audition has been held for the lead role in the upcoming fall drama, "Ore no Sora Keiji Hen". With the candidates narrowed down to 10, the general public will have a chance to vote for the lead actor, starting tomorrow.

As tokyohive reported previously, "Ore no Sora Keiji Hen" is based on a manga of the same name by Motomiya Hiroshi. 10 finalists were chosen from 2,700 applicants in a public audition, and these finalists will take place in a final selection on July 10th. All the finalists are amateur actors, who are not affiliated with an entertainment agency.

Starting on June 22nd, each finalist will start their own blogs, and the public voting will begin. Actress Kuninaka Ryoko (31), who will play the female lead, cheered on the candidates by saying, "Express your individuality and do your best."
