Kahara Tomomi who has been on hiatus since 2007, and is currently living abroad, announced that she is making her return to the Entertainment Industry. �The announcement was made�through�her brother's blog which was updated on October 30th with an entry titled "To the fans." �According�to the blog entry she wrote, "I have decided to go back to Japan within the year, and also to return to the entertainment industry. I've been taking voice training and practicing on acting. �Thank you very much everybody! �I'll try my best for this new opportunity!"

Back in August, Kahara revealed that she has been staying overseas on her brother's blog, and this time, she explained the reason. �She wrote, �"A year ago, my family set up a place for me to stay overseas where my father was staying, in order for me to heal my body, and to take a close look at myself while accepting reality. �Now, I am very very happy, and I have gotten much better. �This past year with my father became my treasure. �My father has always been watching over me warmly, and kept encouraging me. �I feel truly grateful to my father and mother who made me notice what the most important things in life was, and to my three bothers who are strong, and very kind."

Though it seems like no details on her comeback have been decided, it is true that there are many fans who have been waiting for Kahara's comeback. �As Kahara wrote that she has been receiving the letters from the fans even after her hiatus, the blog post received many comments including, "Welcome back!", "I am so happy I could cry."
