Kuwata Keisuke announces live concerts in Kobe and Yokohama
Kuwata Keisuke has announced that he will be holding several one-man live concerts over four days. The concerts are called “Kuwata Keisuke Live in Kobe & Yokohama 2011~Toshiwasure!! Minna de Genki ni Narouze!! no Kai~“, and they’re scheduled for December 24th, 25th, 30th, and 31st.
The live concerts on the 24th and the 25th will be held at Kobe World Kinen Hall in Hyogo prefecture. Kuwata is excited about these performances at Kobe Kinen Hall, as it’s been about 14 years since Kuwata last held a solo live there.
Continuing, the live concerts on the 30th and the 31st will be held at Yokohama Arena in Kanagawa prefecture. Kuwata’s final concert on the 31st will be Yokohama Arena’s first countdown live in four years, and so it will be relayed live in movie theaters as well as through WOWOW (a satellite pay TV station in Japan).
The title of the live “Minna de Genki ni Naoruze!! no Kai” (or “The party of ‘Let’s cheer up all together!!’) was a phrase that Kuwata said at his Miyagi live back in September. He explained, “There have been a lot of concerts this year, but let’s move towards the next year with a fun year-end party!”
