Kimaguren announces new single & first Budokan live

To celebrate their 5th anniversary, pop/reggae duo Kimaguren has announced that they will be releasing a new single and will be holding their first Budokan live!
Kimaguren made their major debut from Universal Sigma on February 20, 2008 with the single, “Aenai Uta“. Since then, the duo has released a total of 9 singles and 4 albums.
To kick off their exciting year, Kimaguren will be collaborating with Mizuno’s London Olympics Japan National Support Project. Details on this project will be announced sometime in April.
Kimaguren’s 10th single is currently untitled, but it’s said to be filled with the members’ thoughts over the 5 years. It is slated for release in June.
Then, on October 14th, Kimaguren will be holding their very first one-man live at Nippon Budokan. For this concert, the duo will bring their hometown of Zushi to the stage as they will perform with the theme, “Let’s turn Budokan into a beach!”.
