Voice actor Koyama Tsuyoshi & singer Shimokawa Mikuni announce their marriage
On February 14th, voice actor Koyama Tsuyoshi (44) and singer Shimokawa Mikuni (31) announced that they’ve registered their marriage on their official blogs.
Koyama is a voice actor known for playing the voice of “Kurou” from anime “Utawarerumono“, or “Phil Ackman” from “∀ Gundam“; he is also active as an actor. Shimokawa made her debut as a member of idol group Checkicco in 1998, and became a singer-songwriter after the group disbanded.
Koyama wrote on his blog, “I had lived a freewheeling single life for a long time, which made people around me worried — but finally, at the age of 44, I will be having a family.” Shimokawa mused, “There has always been peaceful atmosphere whenever we spend time together, ever since the day I met Koyama-san, and it naturally brought me a feeling that I wished to have a future with him.” She also asked the fans for their support.
