On May 29th, Arashi’s Sakurai Sho (30) and Matsumoto Jun (28) attended a press conference for the group’s upcoming CM for KIRIN’s “Tanrei GREEN LABEL”.

All the lines in the new commercial, titled “Ohitori Samaru”, end with “ru”. Regarding this challenge, Sakurai stated, “I could say ‘Camanberu’ (Camembert cheese) and ‘Meatobooru’ (Meatball) with ease, but it was surprisingly difficult to say California Rooru (California Roll),” sharing his experience after filming the endorsement.

After the press conference, Sakurai continuously asked the press questions that end with “ru”, such as “Shashin toru?” (“Do you want to take a picture?”). In response, Matsumoto coolly stated, “Let’s go,” and left the press conference with Sakurai, causing everyone to laugh.

This new CM is set to broadcast nationwide starting on May 30.
