It has been announced Morning Musume's member Tanaka Reina(22) will form a band as her side project. Producer Tsunku revealed this plan, and will be looking for members for the band with the setting up of the�special website of the project.

With June 5th entry of Morning Musume's official website, Tsunku announced this new project. He stated "Tanaka already spent 10 years in Morning Musume. She joined the group as a 6th generation member, and now she is one of the main members of Morning Musume as a vocalist. For her, I decided to make her to start the band activities as a side project."

The band's form will be "a twin vocal girl's band" centered Tanaka. The project noted that it is "Looking for girl members who want to play in a band with Tanaka Reina", and that they're specifically looking for vocalist and guitarist. Girls between the ages of 15 and 22 (as of April 1st, 2012) who do not have a contract with any entertainment production company can apply.

Tanaka also commented through her blog, "I am waiting for many applicants who want to form a band with Reina!!!"
