On August 24th, Kiyoharu held a release event for his latest single, "Namida ga Afureru / sari", at Shinsaibashi BIG CAT in Osaka. During this event, he revealed the details on his upcoming solo album.

Kiyoharu's first album in 3 years will be titled "UNDER THE SUN", and the release date has been postponed to November 7th. It will feature colloberation by guest artists MIYAVI, TOKIE (unkie), Kitada Maki (ex. Syrup 16g), Kashikura Takashi (toe), and Akiyama Takahiko (downy).�For the jacket covers and PV, Kiyoharu also collaborated with designer Akai Masaru.

To coincide the postponed release date, Kiyoharu's upcoming nationwide tour has also been rescheduled. His concert on September 28th at Okayama CRAZYMAMA KINGDOM will be held as a one-man live concert called 'EVERLASTING TRUTHS'. Then he'll hold his birthday live concert, 'The 44th Birthday', on October 29th at SHIBUYA-AX. The remaining 13 shows has been pushed back to early next year.
