Maeda Atsuko will grace the cover of fashion magazine 'VOGUE girl' for its upcoming issue.

This is Maeda's first time to appear on the cover for the magazine. For this feature, she challenged herself to a mature mod fashion with the theme "makeover".

Maeda shared that she was greatly inspired by photo sessions with photographer Ami Sioux. "After one cut, I felt a new world was opened to me," she commented.

The magazine will also feature an interview with Maeda, where she will talk about her fashion and her recent graduation from AKB48.

The new issue of 'VOGUE girl' will hit shelves on September 1st.
