The PV for South Korean singer�Heo Young Saeng's song "1.2.3" has been revealed!
"1.2.3" is a track off of Heo Young Saeng's Japanese solo debut album, "Over joyed", which will be released on September 19th. The album will feature a total of 11 tracks including Japanese versions of his hit songs "CRYING" and "LET IT GO".
