Kimura Kaela will be releasing a new single on her upcoming birthday, October 24th.

Earlier last month, the singer asked fans to help her come up with a title for her upcoming fall single. Based on the fans' ideas, Kimura decided that the single will be titled "Sun shower".

For the coupling track, the single will include a cover of THE BEATLES' "Hello, Goodbye". This song has been picked up as the CM song for Canon's mirrorless camera 'EOS M'.

Kimura has planned a special event for those who purchase this single along with the first press edition of her latest live DVD/Blu-ray, 'KAELA WEB TOUR 2012 @ Budokan'. The event will be called 'Kaela ni Aechau!? Special Event', and the application details will be announced through her official website and the staff's Twitter account (@kaela_staff).

Furthermore, Kimura will be holding her annual live event, 'Onnakusai Otokokusai', on December 18th and 19th at LIQUIDROOM ebisu. Also, to commemorate the 5th anniversary of the event, she will hold 'Naniwakusai' on December 10th at Namba Hatch in Osaka.
