It has been revealed that on November 26, model and artist Kyary Pamyu Pamyu fell down while exiting the stage at an event and received 3 stitches on her face due to the fall.

Kyary appeared at the awards ceremony for the �VOGUE JAPAN Women of the year 2012� at the Yebisu Garden Place, and as she was exiting the stage, she fell.� Kyary, who injured her face in the fall, rushed to an interview for participants of The 63rd Kohaku Uta Gassen with a bandage below her nose.

During the interview, she expressed her excitement for her first appearance on the Kohaku Uta Gassen.� However, she commented on her Twitter about her look: �I am super embarrassed that I said �I will do my best!� I am happy� with a bandage under my nose!� I will go to the hospital now.�� Shortly after, she revealed, �I received three stitches,� and showed the bandage secured below her nose.

After the Kohaku interview, Kyary wanted to return to the Yebisu area for another interview, but decided not to as �She is not in any condition to go out (and investigate.)�
