TV cooking star Chef Hirohito Hayashi opened his “Hayashin uchi no Takoyaki” shop in America Village in Osaka’s Shinsaibashi.

“I want to raise the bar up on takoyaki from Osaka representatives. I want to spread the delish of takoyaki nation-wide…,” said Hayashi.

Chef Hayashi plans on opening his next shop in Kanto area.
