AKB48 held the handshake event for their 17th single, "Heavy Rotation", at Tokyo Race Course on October 11th, and 21,000 fans showed up at the event. �It's been four months since they last held a handshake event in Tokyo, and a total of 36 members appeared, including members from SKE48 and SDN48.
