Funky songstress MiChi is gearing up to release her latest work, "LOVE is.", a 4-track EP, on December 22nd. The songs are said to be "uptempo and full volume" with a hybrid sound. It is produced by Tomokazu "T.O.M" Matsuzawa, and is her first non-single release since her first album, "UP TO YOU", was released just last year. According to the singer's official website, the title track has already begun airing on radio, with its premier coming on November 19th.

While much focus is being put on the release of this EP, that's not all MiChi is doing at the moment. According to a response to a fan's comment through her official Twitter, the singer is also now working on her new album. �It's most likely set to include all of her singles since the release of her first album, including the infectious "All about the Girls ~Iijanka Party People~" (5th single), which samples the famous "Scatman (Ski Ba Bop Ba Dop Bop)" by Scatman John.
