It's been eight years, but one of Japan's legendary Ska bands is back!

The BLUE BEAT PLAYERS will return to the Japanese music scene starting next year. They broke up back in May 2003, but will re-emerge into the limelight on February 19, 2011 when they play at the Shinjuku LOFT.

Yet until then, fans can grab a copy of their new best-of album on December 15th titled, "All In The Same Bag ~High Numbers~". It's a particularly choice item because it'll hold three unpublished songs - "I've Got It Through", "Simple Rock'n Roll Song", and "Rocks and Stones" - as well as the rare tracks, "BOP SKA" and "LEE OSWALD" (a THE SKATALITES cover).
