It has been reported that the suspect in�Ichikawa Ebizo's assault matter, named Ito Rion (half-American, half-Japanese), was arrested on December 10th, and today, more details have been revealed due to Ito's testimony.

According to an officer on the case, Ito is behaving well in the course of the investigation, and he testified that he was upset at Ebizo's impolite attitude, and he attacked him by himself. �Also, he denied that he started the fight.

This testimony by Ito runs in contrast to what Ebizo stated in which he was possibly attacked by a group of people. �Therefore, the police will look for people who were with Ito at the night, and will be questioning them as well as to Ebizo.

Ito also said that he has already thrown away the clothes and shoes he was wearing that night. Moreover, he did not have a cellphone with him when he was arrested, so the investigators are assuming there could be a possibility that he wants to hide his co-conspirators.

Ito said that he would talk about the core of the incident when his�lawyer�appears.
