Uchida Mayumi (AKB48) proclaims herself Janken-Queen of the universe

AKB48 member Uchida Mayumi appeared as a supporting guest at the completion-announcement preview screening of the movie, "Ultraman Zero THE MOVIE Beriaru ginga teikoku" (Director: Abe Yuichi) on December 19th. �Uchida, who was victorious at the AKB48 Janken-Senbatsu tournament of rock-paper-scissors, has also won in the past during a TV program against several Ultra-Heroes. �This time she challenged Ultraman Zero, with movie-tickets for all AKB48 members on the line, and magnificently won again, thus securing the title of "Janken-Queen of the universe".

This new movie is the sequel to last years "Daikaij� battle - Ultra ginga densetsu - THE MOVIE". �The story revolves around Ultraman Zero, who in order to find the truth behind the enemy who attacked the home of the Ultramen, the Nebula M78 "Hikari no kuni", assumes the shape of the protagonist Ran, who was on the verge of dying due to a grave wound. �Ran is played by Koyanagi Yu (22), the second son of talent and singer Bro. TOM. �Rans younger brother Nao is played by Hamada Tatsuomi (10), who enthusiastically performed as the very young Sakamoto Ryoma in the NHK Taiga-drama "Ryomaden". �The role of princess Emerana of planet Esmeralda is played by Tsuchiya Tao (15), who also appeared in "Ryomaden" as the older sister of young Sakamoto Ryoma.

Pop-group GIRL NEXT DOOR also appeared at this completion-announcement preview screening and sang the theme-song of the movie "Unmei no shizuku ~Destiny's star~".

Uchida praised the movie at the completion-announcement with "We were thinking that we were the number one in the universe, but after wathcing this movie I have to say that in fact, Ultraman is the strongest of the universe." �Maeda Ami, who ranked in 5th at the Janken-Senbatsu, delightfully told the press "The greatest hero of the universe. �It's an honour for me to be here, because I wanted to become an Ultraman since I was a child."

The movie will be shown in theaters starting December 23rd.
