An 8-year-old Japanese girl named Cuca has been making waves for a while now on YouTube by posting videos of her dancing and singing to a variety of artists.

I personally just discovered her through the tip that was sent in by Yasashiku, and the tip included a link to Cuca's cover of SNSD's "Genie", which was released today.

After watching a few of her videos, I would actually be more surprised if she didn't get signed to a talent agency sooner than later.
