On February 14th, the Tochigi Police Department arrested Noshita Toshiya (49) on charges of sexual assault.

Investigative reports allege that on February 2nd at 7:20 PM,�Noshita allegedly sexually assaulted a female dental assistant (22) in his car at a parking lot in Utsunomiya. The star was heard calling to the victim, �Let�s go get some to eat!�, inside a discount store, after which he brought her to his car.

Noshita used to be the guitarist for the '80s rock band 'RABBIT'. The band has since disbanded and the guitarist currently provides music lessons from his home.
