We previously reported that an arrest warrant has been put out for Komukai Minako, who had canceled her flight back to Japan earlier, but it looks like she is continuing to evade capture by the police for her alleged drug purchases.

Komukai appeared at the airport on February 16th, prepared to fly business class on Delta Airlines Flight 172, and finished check-in without problems. However, as departure time approached, and the boarding gates were closed, it was discovered that the wanted star was nowhere in sight. A man who had been near Komukai in the lobby prior to her disappearance realized who she was and immediately reported her to the nearest official.

This same man happened to be from Japan himself and overheard another Japanese woman nearby making a phone call to an unknown contact. The beautiful, slender, and fair-skinned woman is most likely the same person who came to the airport to cancel Komukai's previous flight, and appeared to be very impatient with the person on the other side of the phone.

In the end, neither of the women appear to have actually boarded the plane, prolonging the search for the suspect once more.
