Rock band PENICILLIN has just announced that they will be releasing their first album under an independent label!

The band had previously been under the management of CROWN DIAMOND RECORDS, but when the label closed down, the band was forced to make a move. In the end, PENICILLIN decided to open up their own record label,�THAT RECORDS, and go indie.

PENICILLIN's first album as an indie band, "WILL," hits stores on March 2nd and will contain a total of twelve songs, including their indies single,�"Rosetta." The album will be available in three different editions: 'CD+DVD Limited Edition A', 'CD+DVD Limited Edition B', and a regular CD-only version. The regular edition will feature an exclusive bonus track titled,�"Are you ready?"; the DVD included with Limited Edition A and the DVD included with Limited Edition B will vary slightly in content.

The band will also go on a tour titled "TOUR 2011 WILL?" to promote their new album. The first of nine performances will be held on March 5th.
