On March 28th, talent�Yamaguchi Moe announced that she given birth to her second baby on the 23rd. �Yamaguchi stated through her blog, "I could not hold my tears back of �joy and many other feelings. When my tears stopped, I wished deeply to leave a bright future for this small life. I hope Japan will recover quickly for our future children."

Yamaguchi married a non-celebrity man in 2005, and she had a daughter in June 2007.

Yamaguchi also wrote, "I want to try my best on what I can do now, and what I should do now. Because of the current situation, I want to keep stepping forward by cherishing the bond between people and their thoughts."

The star will return to her when she is ready.
