Starting April 5th, comedian Ariyoshi Hiroyuki and television personality Matsuko Deluxe will be co-hosting the late night program, "Matsuko & Ariyoshi's Ikari Shintō", on TV Asahi, along with freelance announcer Natsume Miku.
"Ikari Shintō" means "New Anger Party" (i.e. like a political party), and every week viewers send in situations that fit the theme, "Should I be angry about this?". Matsuko and Ariyoshi then judge whether or not anger is justified in each case.
Check out comments from the two stars of the show below!
"I've always liked Ariyoshi-san, so I'm happy to be able to appear alongside him. I think it will definitely be an entertaining show, so please watch it!"
"I'm worried as to whether I can show anger well, but I'll work hard to not anger Matsuko."
"Ikari Shinto" will air on Tuesdays at 1:21~1:51 AM (JST). For the first episode, the show will discuss a male university student who is irritated by a male friend's way of getting a girl's attention.
