On the 16th, SCANDAL attended a special screening for high school girls of the anime movie “Tofu Kozo” in which SCANDAL performed the theme song for.

The ghost ended up speaking the Kansai dialect, which caused RINA to honestly speak up, “There’s even dialects in the ghost world. Is this ghost from Kansai? That feels a bit strange…”, causing the whole venue to laugh.

During the event, the high school girls were able to ask the band questions. Aside from that, the four members also participated in writing encouraging messages on sakura panels to the victims of the Great Tohoku Earthquake.  HARUNA also commented that they put a message in the theme song “HARUKA”, “Music holds amazing power. We put it in, because it can give “courage” and “vitality”, so we want to give everyone power through music”.

The movie “Tofu Kozo” will open nationwide in 3D and 2D on April 29th.
