Singer-songwriter YUI visited Hong Kong on May 15th to promote her upcoming Hong Kong concert on May 26th. During her�visit, YUI held a press conference and a fan meeting, with over 1000 local fans showing up to support her.

Popular Hong Kong artist Jason Chan, who is YUI's labelmate at Sony Music, also attended the fan meeting to cheer her on. After presenting her a bouquet of flowers, he attempted to greet her in Japanese, but ended up saying "kirai" (dislike) instead of "kirei" (beautiful). Chan remarked that he was embarrassed after reporters corrected him, while YUI looked on with a smile.

Prior to the conference, YUI also visited the waterfront tourist spot "Avenue of Stars", where she performed in front of several hundred fans.
