Sanrio fans get ready, because Hello Kitty and her friends are coming to get you!

Sanrio gave the popular character an undead makeover with �"Hello Kitty Zombie Friends by Mad Barbarians". The once cute kitty is seen stretching out her arms in a typical 'zombie pose', with paint coming out of her eyes and mouth. To give that Sanrio twist on a horror figure, the cute little ribbon Kitty wears will also have paint dripping from the bow in order to give it a more macabre appearance.

Although Hello Kitty has done collaboration T-shirts with death metal and hamburgers before, this project with Mad Barbarians is sure to land quite an impact.

Other characters that will be turned into zombies are Mimi (Hello Kitty's little sister),�Fifi the sheep, Joey the mouse, �Morley the mole, Tracy the raccoon, and Tippi the bear.

The "Hello Kitty Zombie Friends by Mad Barbarians" figurines will be sold at the end of September.
