On July 24th, actress Iwata Sayuri (21), who plays the heroine in the movie �Assassin� (directed by Go Ohara, opens on October 8), appeared at an event for Assassin which took place at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. �The movie was filmed last November in Sendai, Miyagi.� She spoke about the Sendai Airport that was flooded from the Tohoku Earthquake that occurred in March of this year and stated that �Because we also filmed at the airport, when I saw images of the flooded airport, I was left speechless.� I hope this movie has the power to revive the earthquake stricken region.�
