On July 14th, it was announced that singer Nakashima Mika (28) will be singing the theme song for actress Shinohara Ryoko's (37)�starring movie, �Unfair the answer�. This upcoming single titled, �LOVE IS ECSTASY�, written by Nakashima herself after her recovery from Patulous Eustachian tube (a disorder where the Eustachian tube opens and the patient experiences autophony, or hearing abnormal sounds) affected both of her ears.

This movie is the second film adaptation of the 2006 Fuji TV hit drama series, �Unfair�. Nakashima, who was a fan of this series before the offer, wrote the lyrics for her new single in May of this year.

The song, �LOVE IS ECSTASY�, uses character Yukihira Natsumi (Shinohara) as the concept with her cool, tough, and competent personality and the theme of the song is about the strength of a woman who confronts life and its difficulties. This single will be the first rock song in six years since her theme song, �GLAMOROUS SKY�, for �NANA� the movie.

Regarding the movie, Nakashima stated, �It was a fast-spaced and passionate movie; it was wonderful. I can�t believe it had that kind of conclusion!! I�m sure this movie will meet viewer�s expectations!� She added, �I am honored to take part in this movie through my music.�

Shinohara commented, �I can really feel that this song was created with Yukihira�s emotions in mind. I am happy to know that this song will bestow more strength to this work,� and praised the theme song.

�LOVE IS ECSTASY� will appear in stores on September 14th, while �Unfair the answer� will hit theaters on the 17th.
