We previously reported that NMB48 would be holding their preliminary matches for the 'AKB48 24th Single Janken Taikai'� on July 16th. The event was held at Osaka Zepp, and the five members proceeding to the main tournament in September have finally been revealed!

Team N member Yamaguchi Yuuki, first generation research student Hikawa Ayame, and second generation research students Shimada Rena, Fujita Runa, and Yogi Keira will represent NMB48 in the main tournament. Team N captain Yamamoto Sayaka lost in the third round and Watanabe Miyuki, who was chosen as one of the senbatsu members for "Everyday, Kachuusha", lost in the first round.

All 47 members of NMB48 participated in the preliminary tournament. Many team N members lost to first and second generation research students, having lost the chance to participate in the main tournament at the Nippon Budokan.

Hikawa Ayame commented, "As first generation research students, we were encouraging each other. I hope I can make it into the senbatsu members and represent the research students".

The main tournament will be held at Nippon Budokan on September 20th.
