Today, model and wife of MMA fighter Akiyama Yoshihiro, SHIHO attended a PR-Event for her book "SHIHO's Beauty Theory".

SHIHO has always been known for taking great care of her body and her beauty, and being a popular model for over 18 years, she gained a lot of experience and tricks for preserving your beauty. Always aiming for a healthy body and mind, she decided to release a book and include a total of 50 secrets for obtaining what she calls 'total beauty'.

About the final version of the book she stated, "I'm 120% satisfied! No really, it turned out nice. Everything I wanted to convey was included into this book, nothing had to be left out."

In the book she also talked about topics like meditation, sunbathing and love. She explained, "Everyone can dress up nicely to look beautiful, but real beauty is what lies underneath those clothes. It is very important to take care of both, the beauty that is visible to the eye and the beauty that isn't."



Last month, the model revealed her pregnancy and right now she is already in her seventh month. At the event she was wearing a gorgeous long dress that hid her big belly. Inside the book there are rather bold pictures of the model, wearing sexy lingerie or even nothing at all, that were taken before her pregnancy became visible. It's her way to show that beauty starts with your body and not with your clothes.

She commented, "I'm glad that I was able to take pictures in memory of my current body at this age."

Since she is already in her seventh month, reporters asked her whether it's going to become a little fighter or a little model, and whether they already decided on a name.

On the name she commented, "We will name the baby upon a certain Korean word." Not a big surprise, knowing that her husband is a fourth-generation Japanese of Korean descent. However, she did not reveal the gender, "I will tell you once I safely gave birth."

About her current mental state, she happily added, "I'm enjoying every minute. Getting a child is like having a wonderful dream."
