Acid Black Cherry will be releasing his 12th single, "Shangri-La", on October 19th!

"Shangri-La" is the second single from his five-month consecutive release project. This will be a refreshing and positive song, combining both rock and orchestra sounds. As a recreation track, the coupling song is set to be a cover of singer-songwriter�Anri's 1983 hit, "Kanashimi ga Tomaranai".

Acid Black Cherry has also announced that he will release his third album in 2012. As a bonus, he will invite a total of 40,000 people to a handshake event in Sapporo, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka. In order to apply, all six serial numbers from the five singles and one album is required. The event is scheduled to be held sometime in 2012. More information will be available on his official website at a later date.
