On August 21st, AKB48�s Shinoda Mariko announced that she will become an editor-in-chief for her own fashion magazine �MARIKO MAGAZINE�, starting on October 28th.

Shinoda, who is immensely popular amongst fans of AKB48, is also an exclusive model for fashion magazine, �MORE�. Regarding this upcoming fashion magazine, Shinoda said, �I want to make very cute and trendy works!!�, showing her aspirations as the new editor-in-chief of her magazine.

The featured photos of this magazine were taken at one of her favorite places in the world � London. In addition, this magazine will include a how-to section for her trademark hair named �Mariko Short�, make-up, and exercises. Furthermore, she has also announced that the deluxe edition of this magazine will include a �2012 Shinoda Mariko Special Calendar� as well.

In her official blog, Shinoda wrote, �As an editor-in-chief, Shinoda had to do a lot of things,� and announced her job to the fans. Shinoda, who wanted to create her own magazine for the longest time, said, �Finally my hopes and wishes were delivered.� She added, �Actually I wanted to release this magazine back in the summer or even in the spring but I was still looking at what content to include, so it got pushed back to fall (lol).�

�MARIKO MAGAZINE� is already available for pre-order online and it is expected to sell very quickly.
