A photo of actress Ikewaki Chizuru kissing a man on the streets of Shibuya were published on the August 2nd issue of "FLASH" magazine.
While Ikewaki's agency hasn't revealed any details on the man, they confirmed, "They're indeed dating and he isn't a celebrity." It is said there are no plans for marriage at the moment.
