On August 6th, AKB48�s Itano Tomomi (20), held an event called 'LiVE Tomo' to celebrate her latest release at the Yomiuri Land Open Theater EAST. Usually, Itano dresses up in girlish fashions, but today, she wore an elegant yukata.

Smiling, she greeted her fans with, �It sure is hot, isn�t it? Today, let�s create some summer memories together�. Itano performed a total of four songs, including her new song, �Fui ni�.

Itano performed in front of 5,000 fans wo were selected via lottery. The fans got to enjoy an amazing performance that had the theme of a festival, as the stage was decorated with paper lanterns and red and white noren.

Itano happily commented, �Since this event has the theme of a summer festival, I decided to wear a yukata. I want to play a game with all of my fans too. Also, it�s gotten hot, but let�s have fun today until the very end!�
