We previously reported that NMB48 would be rooting for the Hanshin Tigers as they play an important game against the Hiroshima Toyo Carp. On August 17th, the girls made their appearance as enthusiastic cheerleaders at the Kyocera Dome.

For a pre-game performance, the sixteen members of Team N performed "Seishun no Lap Time" in their special collaboration uniforms. NMB48 captain Yamamoto Sayaka confessed, "My favorite player is Fujikawa Shunsuke". She even threw the opening pitch once again, the first time being on May 14th at the Hanshin Tigers vs. Chunichi Dragons game.

The last time she threw the opening pitch, the baseball bounced once before reaching the catcher. This time, however,� she threw the ball directly at the catcher, impressing everyone with her improvement. Yamamoto commented, "The control wasn't that great. Next time I'll aim for a strike."

NMB48 performed with the team mascot Torakky in between the 3rd, 5th and 7th innings. Watanabe Miyuki commented, "Torakky was very cute and I became a fan of his". When asked for their prediction of the Hanshin Tigers this season, they shouted, "First place! Champion!"
