Singer-songwriter Suga Shikao made an appearance on the August 1st episode of "HEY! HEY! HEY! Music Champ" and performed "Progress", a song part of a single released back in 2006 as the band, kokua.
In a simple outfit, he performs this song with his soulful voice with the purple lights surrounding him.
